1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for subscriptions and purchases made on my-iq.art (the “Service”), operated by Velantra OÜ.
2. Nature of the Service
Subscriptions provide immediate access to digital entertainment content (online tests). Access begins immediately upon activation.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing and accessing the digital Service immediately, the User acknowledges that the Service begins right away and the right of withdrawal may be limited or waived where permitted by law.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in cases such as:
- technical issues preventing access,
- duplicate/erroneous charges,
- situations required by applicable law.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not issued if the subscription has been accessed/used (tests taken/results generated), or where the request is based on dissatisfaction with results or entertainment value, except where required by law.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
All refund requests are reviewed by the Company’s customer support team.
If the User cancels their subscription within two (2) days of the initial subscription date, they may be eligible for a full refund of subscription charges, including any trial or recurring payments. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, depending on the payment provider.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@my-iq.art and must include the User’s account email address and relevant purchase details. Verbal refund requests will not be processed.
Refund requests submitted after the two-day period are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the Company’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods or for services already accessed or used prior to cancellation.
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. If a refund request is denied, the User will be informed of the reason for the decision.
7. How to Request a Refund
Requests must be made in writing to: support@my-iq.art
Include: account email, purchase date, and reason.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically process within 7–10 business days(depending on the payment provider).
9. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, repeated refund attempts, or Terms violations, without limiting statutory rights.
